What is it like to work with us?

1. Reach out to us.
Contact us to start the conversation about your project. You can reach us at info@biotic-artlab.com or here.
2. On-boarding conversation
We will schedule a thorough (virtual) on-boarding meeting. If you are local to Belgium and the Netherlands, we can also meet in person.
3. Project proposal
We will create an in-depth project proposal that outlines the project scope, detailed illustration list, and cost. After you have signed and approved the proposal, we can move forward!
4. Research
You will provide as much relevant research materials, images, and details as possible. This is important to set up a smooth creative process.
5. Feedback
You will receive sketches/storyboards to review with your expert team. Clients receive two rounds of revisions included in the project.
6. Delivery
Once the final illustrations or animations have been completed, Biotic Artlab will deliver them to you in your desired digital file format.
