02 - What is Henry’s approach?

The Henry approach offers good exposure of the whole length of the radius. The length of the incision depends on the extent of exposure needed. This approach is often used for fractures of the radial shaft. It utilizes the internervous plane between the brachioradialis (radial nerve) & pronator teres (median nerve).
